Atomic-If I sign up how long will it take me to rec my personalized plan?

Hi! I am (12) weeks before my sway and want to start NOW How long it take me before I receive my plan after I sign up?

Also, how do I get specific info to you to build into the plan like:
Overall, I have poor nutrition
I don't eat red meat or poultry but do eat fish and shellfish
I am doing an at home insemination
The supplements I'm already on
I'm sure there are other things....

Please get back to me as quickly as possible so I can get the ball rolling.

Hi! This month has been pretty slow for plans so I can actually have your plan done within 48 hours (most of the time, it takes 5-10 days).

You will get a questionnaire that asks a bunch of questions that I then make into your plan and also use the info to help you with your diet in your private forum over the next 6 months or longer (you don't get a customized diet, but I help you with diet day in and day out for as long as you need me to)
