    When do you purchase a personalized plan?

    I don't plan on TTC until early 2016. When would be a good time to purchase the sway? I read it's recommended to do the LE diet for 12 weeks, so I'm guessing that would be when to order the plan??

    Whenever you think is best.

    Some people find peace of mind in having a plan several months in advance. (and if you think there's any chance the timeline might get moved up!) Others leave it till the last minute, but as you say it's best to be on diet at least 12 weeks in advance for TTC a girl. (if you want a boy you can get by with less time on diet, for anyone else reading this)

    Yes, I do all the custom plans and they come with coaching from me for 6 months. While I try to answer all forum q's quickly, I do the Custom ones every day, 7 days a week and in more detail than the ones in the free forums.
