    Purchased new plan

    Hi, I purchased a new plan yesterday but don't seem to have access to anything. What am I doing wrong?

    Try logging out and logging back in again, and sometimes it seems to take a couple hours to kick in. Let me know if you don't have it by 12 today and I'll message tech support.
