BCP and ovarian reserve?
Is it true that inhibiting ovulation will maintain egg reserve longer? As in, taking birth control pills, being pregnant, breastfeeding? I was told that the rate at which eggs die off is pretty much set regardless of whether or not you are actively ovulating and how many ovulatory cycles you've had over the course of your life, but I heard that someone's RE is making claims to the contrary so just wanted to clarify this. thank you.
