If you know you have a low AMH and AFC, DHEA can help but protocol can be adjusted to and estrogen priming can be used.

Please don't take DHEA until talking about that with your doc though as not everyone should be taking that and if you take it when your DHEA levels are already good, you may end up making matters worse with egg quality and also have a much worse time when cycling as your ovaries won't respond to the meds in the way they should.

One of the best things you can do is to follow a higher protein, lower carb (but not NO carb) diet with some good fat in it like South Beach, the Zone, or my personal favorite Perfect Health Diet. Don't go onto a keto diet, you still want to be getting some carbs in there but they should be good carbs and not white flour and sugar.

I would also do mod. exercise 3-4 days a week.

You should mention it going in because they may need to test for DHEA specifically (not all docs do that)
