New and quick question???
Hi, I have Been lurking for quite a while and trying to soak in all of the information. I have two awesome boys but deeply want a daughter and I'm trying sort everything out. I am all for the diet but I am a little worried about losing weight and thus my fertility. I weigh 105 and I am 5 ft 5. I can totally do the diet but is this safe for me? Should I modify it and if so what should I add or subtract? Also when should I start the diet if I plan on ttc this December? Any help would be most appreciated!! Thanks!

Thanks for the help! I read the article and it sounds to me like I should lose just a few pounds but nothing crazy. I had fertility issues with not ovulating with my first son since I was too skinny and I don't want to have that happen again. I will do whatever I need to do to have the best shot at getting my girl, but there's no point in losing weight for a girl if I can't get pregnant! Thanks. I think I'll start the diet at the end of October so I wont lost to much weight for my first month ttc in December.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
