Hello ladies. Great to be on this forum. I have 2 absolutely adorable girls, 8&4, and would now love to have a baby boy. I'll be ttc in nov , but a little confused regarding supplements. Is it okay to take EPO& fertile cm together? When is it okay for me to start taking zinc? Also when can dh start taking zinc , L-arginine, & vit B12?

Hi & welcome! I have 2 boys & praying for a sweet girl! I can't answer your supplement questions....sorry! If you don't mind me asking what was your diet & exercise/lifestyle like when you conceived your girls? A lot of the ladies have been helping each other out & comparing notes with moms who have our dream gender. I did not sway with either child. With my first son I had gained weight & was eating out often (lots protein, fat, sodium). With my second son I went back to my old health nut self & was only eating extremely nutritious foods. I would eat 6 small meals a day and worked out 5-6 days a week with intense cardio & lifting weights. Every meal was lean protein, nonstarchy veggie, fruit, whole grain starch, and healthy fats. Prenatal vitamins also. Lots protein shakes fortified with vitamins! I've always snacked a lot too even though I'm usually small & athletic. Hope this may help you in some way! Welcome, I have two girls also and swayed for a boy and I am expecting my baby boy in December. There is tons of information in the TTC Boy forums. I don't believe you are supposed to take EPO and Fertile CM together just one or the other, I never took zinc myself so I am not sure on that one. Good luck

As far as I know, you can take EPO and Fertile CM together. Be careful with the Zinc--do not let DH exceed 25 mg a day. He can start the other supps when you start yours.

Look in the TTC boy forum. There are entire threads on diet, supps, etc.
