When did you do your first attempt? and how many times? I was going to do my first attempt 12 hours after my first attempt,maybe also 12 hours or so after that. Is this good or should I do it more after first positive or before or just once after first positive?

As soon as I got a positive OPK I did it and did it the next day when it was still positive, I was also having DH release every two days to keep his sperm count high

Also, I love animal crackers! I buy them for my kids and find myself snacking on them too. Are these ok for boy diet or no?

if you eat them with some protein like nuts or put peanut butter on them

Thanks so much! This info helps tons! I have the lemon juice in a little bottle, it says reconstituted lemon juice on the label, would that work or should I use an actual lemon?

I just used the lemon juice in the bottle

So before your first attempt, he didn't release for 2 days? How long before your attempt did he start releasing every 2 days? Just that month or a few months?

He was releasing every 2-3 days the months we were trying

Welcome! DH and I also have 3 girls and want a boy, but we tried swaying last time, so we've been saving for HT. FYI - I used preseed every time and got 3 girls. That said, I was following Shettles, but not the diet, so that could be a factor.
