Not new to the forum but saying hello again...

I joined this forum one year ago. I was on pretty frequently, but then I stopped signing on because I had been feeling very depressed about a BFN. I had never gotten one before. A year has gone by and I'm still not pregnant. The strong desire to have a little girl is still there though!

Not yet, but I plan on going soon. I gave up swaying a long time ago, and I let myself gain a lot of weight because I was so sad. My plan is to start the new year with diet and exercise, and to visit my doctor. No more drowning my sorrows in food and feeling sorry for myself!

Not only does this dound like a great plan but losing weight and excercise can help sway pink, my last 2 DD's have been conceived straight after a good weight loss
