New to this, but hoping for accidental success?

Hi all, I'm new to the site, and hoping to sway for a girl.

We just started charting last month, and previously I'd decided to go with the Shettles method. I didn't know yet that it had been debunked. I read on Fertilityfriend.com to come check here for more info on how to sway.

So... From what I've read so far, the things I may have accidentally done right (lol) this past month: I used vinegar douche after my period. I've been doing a lot of cardio and I've lost several pounds per week the past month. I've taken diphenhydramine each evening to help me sleep, so maybe that might have helped dry up my CM? We DTD for 10 days straight until I got a positive OPK and then we stopped 3 days before O.

Fingers crossed. I'm in my 2WW right now, so if I get a BFN I plan on researching and trying more things on purpose this next cycle!

Hey! Sounds like you have a few things going in your favour
I've been here a while, and due to a little 'accident' have a not too dissimilar sway lol! I'm also in the tww, fingers crossed for pinkies!!

Updated: I got two faint lines this morning at 9DPO. Now I'm just waiting and hoping girl!!

Congrats!! Hope you have a pink one baking in there!!!
With my dd (almost 4 now) we did shallow penetration, jump and dump and I took a Claritin to dry things up. Very half done sway. I had 4 boys before her. I am almost 14 weeks pregnant with another girl.. Fx she stays a girl! Can't wait to see how it goes for you!!
