Hi everyone, this is my first post. My hubby and I have two little girls who are just gorgeous, and we are so blessed! We want to try for number three from as soon as this cycle, and we would live a little boy. Up till now I had only really heard of shettles timing method. Having read some of the info on here tho it all sounds like diet is the way to go. Sigh! Just after I bought an ovacue to help time ovulation to! Oh well. So now I just have to work out what the hell I need to do to get a blue bundle. . Any help or pointers for a newbie appreciated. Looking forward to learning heaps!!

Yep diet is the most important. Eating frequently and healthy. Check out all the info on the HE diet. Then there are the supps and exercise. Also pre seed - look into that. Best of luck

Welcome Bella Have a quick read through the links in my sig and that will give you a good starting point for blue As Cinss says a good regular diet high in good fats and nutrients and some weight training to build some muscle, plus some fish oil and maybe wheatgrass supp for a great extra nutrient boost and you should soon be good to go!!
