yeah, i definitely won't be able to stick to the exercise so figure i would probably hurt my sway if i only did it halfway! i could *maybe* force myself to do it for the next month, but even then i am sure if i didn't get pregnant i would just totally drop that right away. and who knows if that would help or hurt the next month. i think i might lose too much weight if i exercise that much, besides... plus i have actually already noticed quite a bit of loss of muscle tone- sad that it went so quickly! so hopefully it will still be a good sway. ack!

Hi and welcome.
Lots of us boy moms are petite but big eaters.
limiting the pep tea. I never have breastfeeders use it, no more than 1 cup every other day.
If DH is doing straight FR he shoudl NOT release before attempt. only one release for attempt with straight FR. People tried it the other way but few got pregnant.
RepHresh has gotten pitiful results and appears to be doing nothing other than lowering odds of conception. I'm fine with people including it or leaving it in, the numbers seem to indicate it isn't helping at all.
Some people like to stick with as many old school sway tactics as possible, and that means no grape stuff. There are also more nutrients in dark colored fruits and veg. When you can, all things being equal, pick the lower nutrient food (so white wine instead of red, light beer instead of Guiness, that type of thing) tons of people have drunk red wine with their sways, though.
The "taking skins off" was just an idea and subsequently I decided it probably matters little to not at all.
spiral zucchini great for pink sway
grapefruit lacroix is fine
Please do not trade the normal stresses of day to day life that we all experience for a misguided attempt to "settle down". Just live your life, don't try to change yourself (it won't work) . The point of the Maternal Dominance stuff is NOT to have you guys all worked up in a cold sweat over every time you experience a bit of stress. I just want people to avoid taking on new projects, competition, that sort of thing. I never ever intended anyone to start "trying to relax" because that IS a project in and of itself! http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ypothesis.html!!! Questions?? thank you so much for your reply! the info about normal stress was very helpful/encouraging... i just tend to be someone who tenses up right away about things and then i am able to recover/move on pretty quickly, but then i started to worry that maybe *that* was what was giving me all boys, etc. but really, i think that- considering that i have no shortage of mental lists of things i would like to eat- it's probably more likely that my diet and all the vitamin supplements i have always taken was probably a bigger factor, or so i hope. this new diet is so hard for me! very effective in the weight loss dept, but i just want to go peel a stick of butter like a banana and eat it. possibly on a steak. covered in a pile of cookies. etc.

I successfully had my girl nearly 3 years ago thanks to an awesome plan from atomic. I have just started on Ozempic to try and lose some weight due to PCOS and it’s working well. Does anyone...
