    10-11 day LP is plenty to get pregnant with. That should not be treated IMO and I do not believe that was what was causing the chemicals BUT if you are ok with the prog, then it doesn't matter what I think LOL. (some people really have a terrible time with the prog supps)

    You don't have to be QUITE as strict as some, if you did want to still eat wheat now and then. I do think we are getting really good results with both AFD and gluten free though.
