Hi Ladies!!! I'm new here and I'm interested in TTC for a girl. I have two beautiful boys and would love to have a girl! I plan on TTC around August of next year because from what I've read you need to be on the LE diet for at least 3 months to increase your chances so I would need to start the diet around April or May (it will be here before you know it) and I'm currently on the pill. I know for some it takes about 1-3 months for your cycle to become regular after stopping the pill. My question is can I come off the pill and do the LE diet together? Or will coming off the pill in conjunction with the diet make the diet less effective? This is really been on my mind heavily...Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

BTW...I plan on buying my personalized plan in either February or March. (I just feel as though it will be best for me because of the information out there)

Welcome . Coming off the pill and conceiving in the first couple of cycles sways pink. Just stay on it for now and discuss with atomic closer to the time.

You can come off the pill and do the diet at the same time. I started the diet back in July and just had my Mirena removed last week to TTC in October.

Thanks for the advice!!! There's just so much information out there it's a bit overwhelming lol! I will definitely get the bundle that includes the coaching because I'm sure that I'll have a lot more questions.

Just stay on the pill and do the diet at the same time. Then when youre ready to start TTC, drop the pill and start TTC, trying to possibly catch the first ovulation or second one coming off the pill. This may sway pink, and you'd already have had your time on diet.
