    I would get a personalized/custom plan instead of a general plan. That is everything BUT diet, then it comes with the 6 months of coaching service where I help you with diet one on one. If you want more diet info, then you can add on the 21 day diet plan which has tons of diet info and that also has the OPK guide. The general plan is just for people who want to just get something right away and don't plan to stick around to ask questions on the forums.

    What do you mean by customize it? ALL plans sold there will be personalized/customized. There is no need to add an option to do so.

    Customized and personalized mean the same thing. I just used both words because some people refer to it as a custom plan, others call it a personalized plan and I didn't know which terminology made more sense to you.
