Hi! I'm new
Hello! I'm new and would really like to sway blue, starting in July. I have a few questions - does this really work? And is it difficult to do all of the things required to really sway one way or the other?
Just wanting to get info. How many of you swayed and it worked?
I'd love to hear from anyone who had good results from this. I'm going to try to read as much as I can on here today, I just found the forum!

I've never purposely swayed boy although I definitely inadvertently did! I believe I read that the success rate for boy sways is slightly higher than for girl sways. I'm not sure if that's b/c it's easier to get a boy than a girl though. Maybe the HE/boy diet is easier to follow than the LE/girl diet? I know it's easier for me!
It definitely works but it's not a guarantee of course. It would certainly help to sign up for a custom plan so Atomic can recommend things for you specifically. You also get the added benefit of a private forum to ask Atomic questions that you may not be comfortable asking in the public forum.

I agree with beau82 it works but its not a guarrantee so go into it with an open mind. I swayed blue last summer but it failed.
HE diet was pretty easy to follow. I had a bit of a struggle with exercise bcoz of job commitments and not having time but its not difficult otherwise. And yes i would definately recommend atomic's custom plan. This is a wonderful site full of supportive ppl.

Hi and welcome! Yes, it works, you can take a look at our statistics here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...readsheet.html
If your husband doesn't smoke you may expect even better results - many of our opposites (not all!) were in men who smoked.
Sending you a ton of blue dust!

It’s been awhile but I keep meaning to come back and say we swayed girl in 2022 and had a little girl in early 2023! First girl born in 110+ years on my husband’s side.[emoji179]
