Hi Atomic. I've been busily reading and love your advice.
I was diagnosed with Polysistic Ovaries (not the syndrome, had no other signs except for odd cycles) in 2010 (before conceiving my son). I had one round of clomid and was pregant. I had my son a couple of years later (no clomid) and my cycles were fine.
I have been off the pill since Oct and my cycles seem a little odd again. I'm going to the GP tomorrow for a blood test to check my immunity to measles etc. What should I ask him to check to see if I still have PCO? Before I pay for a plan I want to know. I'm also booked in to see my gyno on 9 Jan so that he can prescribe me clomid (if I need it). I won't take it unless I need to.
So many questions!
Thanks so much!

PCO is something you always have under the surface, if you eat too much sugar/simple carbs it will flare up again.
Clomid is one of hte best sway tactics there is and if you can get some I suggest you do. Even tho you got a boy with it before, it's really very helpful.
I also suggest you do one of the following diets instead of the more sugary/carby form of LE Diet and you can read about these here. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.html Eating too much sugar and white carbs may undermine your sway.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
