Hi, I'm new! Swaying for PINK
I've been stalking this site since December but just joined today.
I have a 9 year old son and we have decided to try for a sibling. I'm almost 40 and DH is almost 42, so the clock is ticking. We will TTC in June, July, then November and December. If it doesn't work for us then, it will be the end of the TTC journey for us due to some big upcoming life changes.
I started the LE diet today, but intend to purchase a swaying plan for coaching. I have quite a bit of weight to lose and the LE diet is a big change for me. I've never been a breakfast eater, but eat a diet heavy in red meat, sodium and cheese. I drink regularly (3-4 times a week, 1-3 drinks), consume a lot of coffee and don't exercise. I feel like my lifestyle is somewhat 50/50.
I've started to use OPK strips and I seem to O around day 16. My periods are also getting a little irregular and the time between my cycles is a lot shorter. They used to be 30-35 days, but after charting for the last 7 months, they are now every 28/29, but this month started at only 26 days. I'm unsure about what that all means.
That's it in a little nutshell. I am looking for help with diet, menus, supplements and timing. Any advice on which plan would work best would be great.

hi and welcome!!!
We've had good results with coffee and alcohol as pink sway tactics.
It's totally normal for your cycle to change over the years. The good news is shorter cycles mean more chances to try!
You would want a custom plan and then I'd make a plan taking all this into account!!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thank you so much! I actually just purchased my plan. I am currently taking folate and cranberry for supplements. However, I read something that said that I should nix the cranberry. Somewhere on this board I can't remember. Want to make sure that I'm not doing anything incorrectly off the bat.
I look forward to getting my custom sway!

I would wean off the cranberry, it isn't working anyway and may be harmful. just start spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week, then you can drop them.
I'll get your plan to you as soon as I can!!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
