Need some pink dust and glitter!
Hi! I just wanted to introduce myself! I am a mom of two boys. Me and dh agreed on two babies. I still really want a baby girl. So he agrees to try one laat time, but has given me only a few months to do so or accept that it isnt meant to be.
I really dont feel like my family is complete without a girl, so I reaaaaally want to give it my best shot.
I am worried how I will take the news if it is not a girl or if I do not get pregnant.
I am also worried about my weight.
I guess I just need some motivation and positive vibes!!

If you only have a limited amount of time it's best to do only the things that really sway.
LE Diet longer than 12 weeks, plus fiber, alcohol, coffee, and folic acid or folate (and dropping multivitamins, DHA/fish oil, and probiotics if taking those)
cardio exercise 60 min a day 6-7 days is best, but 4-5 days is still geting decent results
One attempt in the fertile window (either with 2-3 day cutoff or at positive OPK) OR sex unprotected every 4 days starting after AF ends and going through till you're sure you have ovulated - even if this means going thru till next AF
Clomid or Femara if you can get them
For DH, Olive Leaf Extract, jogging/biking, and smoking (obviously this is not the best habit for health, but if it's something he does anyway!)
What specifically are you worried about in regards to your weight?

Thank you so much!! We have one son aged 10 and another aged 4. After my last son I struggled with my weight(to lose weight). I had some other stuff going on and I actually gained even more weight. I have at last managed to find a diet that works and since september 2016 I have managed to lose 27 kilograms. I am still dieting. I am currently in the "normal weight range" according to my bmi. I am slightly worried that I might pick up weight if I change my diet? Do you think my sons are getting too old for another sister/brother?
I am turning 30 this year and my husband 37.

I had my 3rd son when my oldest was 16 and my youngest was 13! So no, I don't think your boys are too old for a sibling.
You need to be on one of the alternate diets (I know this is a PCOS thread but thats only because most of the people who follow these have PCOS or tendencies that way) http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.html There are two different types of diet to choose from and you'll do well on either one. I seriously doubt you'll gain any weight at all on this form of diet.

Thank you so much for your help and positivity!! I have one more question - will sex more or less often than every four days effect the gender? Do I have to be on the diet 12 weeks before I can try?

We have gotten best results over time with one attempt in the fertile window. The e4d method is just an easy way of getting in that one attempt without thinking about it very much. Our success rates drop with 2 attempts and drop even more with 3. So unless you've been trying a long time, I would not go any oftener than e4d.
12 weeks or more has gotten best results. It's up to you if you want to try sooner, but just go in knowing that your odds may not be as good (especially after only like 2 weeks or something)

Question about the every 4 day method, does that mean hubby doesn't release on the off days? Or doesn't matter?

Occasionally people will have hubby release on the inbetween days. That's ok to start with if you want to do it that way BUT it will really cut odds of conception (and has not seemed to add anything in terms of results). So I'd drop it sooner rather than later.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
