Newbie :) from Dubai! Need help for swaying blue!
Hello everyone.
I am New on this forum. I am from dubai (wondering if there is anyone else here from dubai, UAE too) I have secretly stalking this forum and specially post and thread from Atomic, could not sleep whole night due to excitement and finally registered myself
I have 2 beautiful daughters and I want to sway for boy now.
I have been on somewhat alkaline diet (followed ingender cookbook for boy) for 10 days. I would like to know which personliazed plan is better for me. I want a ds with all my heart and I am ready to follow plan religiously. We are planning to Drs next month
I have also seen Doctor 2 weeks ago Regarding this too and this is what she asked me to do for 2 months:
- avoid dairy completely
- avoid chicken and all other birds
- no Eggs at all
- No Green vegs
- No sodas or bubbly drinks
- red meat only once a week
- shark (yes Shark! Yikes!) Twice a week (she said in arabs, shark is known as Father of son so if anyone wants to sway for blue should eat Shark!)
- peach , watermelon, apples, lots of banana and all berries
- dry apricots, figs, pumpkin seeds, nuts
- fresh juices, legumes, seeds, pumpkin, cauliflower, bell peppers
- eat anything high in potassium and sodium
- do not eat things that are high in magnesium n calcium
- chia seeds 2 to 3 times a day
Thought to share these with you.
Love & blessings
Samish

Hi and welcome, it's always good to see new blue swayers (we are very outnumbered).
A one on one plan would be great. Particularly as it seems many of the suggestions you've already been given seem to run contrary to the HE diet followed by many blue swayers on this site.
Atomic does recommend a multivitamin for blue swayers. I'm sure elevit is fine.

The HE diet sounds quite different to the other advice you've been given. It's based on increasing fertility (which is thought to sway blue) by increasing calorie intake and eating high nutrient foods. Things included by most blue swayers here are things like:
- high protein (lots from red meet but also eggs, cheese, dairy, chicken etc)
- lots of colourful fruits and vegetables
- full fat dairy (yoghurt, cheese and milk)
- limit coffee (probably swap to tea)
- nuts
- whole grain breads
- limit alcohol
- eat frequently (protein and carbs at eat meal)
- weight training
- 3 BD at +opk
- multivitamin and probiotic
Most try to follow the diet for 6-8 weeks prior to ttc. Most women will hold steady/gain a little weight on diet.
I'm not a paid up member at this point (I will closer to ttc) so not sure when the membership allows you to see.

Please give me a few days to a week before bumping. When you bump your post, all it does is go back to my "new" posts. And since I reply from oldest posts to newest, that means it takes me even longer to get back to you.
I answer all the posts in the custom sway forum daily, so since you have a custom plan please just post in that forum and I answer those every day. Free forums will take me up to a week to get back to you (usually faster)
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
