Ditch both EPO and flax. Those vegetable based fats may sway pink and additionally there is some mixed info on the safety of flaxseed (it may not be safe when TTC and especially not during pregnancy)
Wheat grass, this past year I feel like we've been seeing a good deal of opposites with that, particularly the supplement forms of them. If doing wheatgrass juice, 2-3 times a week is ok. If doing the supplements, I'd take just a few days right around O (2-3 days coming into when you expect to O) and it may delay ovulation so don't take the max dose, just take a little bit.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

oh and try not to worry about the EPO - for all we know, having taken it and stopped may be even bluer than never taking it at all.

Ok thank you! Should I check my PH at all? Is that important? I do feel like I have always had a low ph. I've literally never had a yeast infection. Not even with antibiotics. Also, you said vegetable based fats does that include olive oil? What cooking oil should I use? I've been cooking my greens in the left over meat fats after cooking but is coconut oil ok to use as well? Thank you for all the help I have about 5 weeks until my first attempt and I've been on the diet for 1.5 weeks do you think think this will be enough time?

Most women here have ditched the pH stuff, testing and trying to alter it hasn't helped the sway stats and in many cases hinders conceptions. Leave out the pH thinking if you can.
My understanding of the HE diet is to increase the ratio of animal to plant based fats. When practicable cook in animal based fats, ie butter rather than olive oil.DD1 (2014)
DD2 (2016)
Our sway is getting into NOW or NEVER territory

Most of us have 2-3-4 or more pH opposites and have totally given up on it. After getting a boy with pH of 4.5 it is really tough for me to believe in any more and i've seen enough people testing like crazy only to get opposites that I no longer see any point in it.
Yes coconut oil is best, olive oil is second best, just be sure you're getting higher intake of the animal fats!!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
