Hello, my name is Julia. We have 3 boys and want SO badly to have a girl. Since this is most likely our last try I figured I would give it a shot. I bought the package and I'm not sure what to do next. Where do I start?

If I didn't believe it worked to some extent I wouldn't waste my time. It's by no means a guarantee of gender but if I can shift my chances of having my desired gender from 50/50 to 60/40 or 65/35 then that is working in my favour. The sway on this site is based on the Trivers Willard Hypothesis, the Maternal Dominance Hypothesis, and the blood sugar work of a researcher named Elissa Cameron. The basic idea is that your environment sends your body cues via diet and lifestyle that indicate a baby of a particular gender has a better chance of living to adulthood and passing down genes to future generations, and that the mechanism for this involves slight changes to your and your partner's physical condition and fertility levels - boosting it for blue, slightly declining it for pink.

I got a girl after 20+ years of boys and I think it's totally because of these methods (I got opposites with the "old school" type sway methods) and now I want to help as many people as I can to get their desired genders!
