    Girl diet bread?

    Is bread allowed on the girl diet? Also fruits ?

    I believe nothing is off limits, as long as u stay within your daily limits of calories/fat/ protein.

    Yes there are no forbidden foods on the le diet as long as you stay within limits. There may be some options which may be slightly better than others but I'm sure people can advise you better on that than me. I just stuck with white bread but I guess it depends which version of the diet you are following.

    All foods are allowed on LE Diet. If you have PCOS or insulin resistance you will want to do whole grains only, if you don't, you can decide if you want to use white or whole grains (we used to think white grain products swayed pink and whole grains swayed blue, but it is not seeming to be the case, some people do much better on whole grains with pink sways, so I am leaving it up to you guys to decide that)
