    Should i get this for boost his sperm count as i quite worried he's really heavy on smoking and may affected on his sperm things ..

    Do not take tribulus terrestris. There is mixed evidence about how it sways and it may sway pink.

    I prefer the Women's One A Day but the Naturemade is ok too.

    The fish oil is too high, don't buy that one. No more than 500 mg

    I prefer the Men's over 50 One A Day especially for a man who smokes.
