Post Newbie & looking forward for boy things

    hi everyone

Currently swaying a boy for a months now and my current diet was anything that contains lots of potassium and salty things.

morning-muesli cereal with full cream milk added 1 slice of banana.

lunch-almost everyday white rice with vegies & chicken/seafood/beef dishes & banana, kale blended with almond milk(500mlx2 serving everyday)

snack-sea salt potato chips, grapes or watermelons & 2 liters freshly squeezed lemon water.

dinner-almost same with lunch menus or grilled zucchini, tomatoes, carrots and beef salami sandwiches(ate lots of this)

supper-boiled sweet potatoes or boiled potatoes sprinkles with table salt.

CAN ANYONES SAID IT GOOD TO GO FOR BOY SWAYS????did i have to added anything else for my diet???

You need to be eating more protein and healthy fat - protein at every meal if you can. Eating just potatoes is not going to be enough, they are pure carbs.

We have found overwhelming numbers of pink opposites with almond milk. I would drop almond milk immediately. If you can't stand to have actual full fat dairy (we believe this sways blue, but you don't have to use that if you choose not to) have juice instead.

I would also like ot see you eat 6-12 eggs per week if at all possible.

    Are you taking a multivitamin?

    Yes that's fine.

Which Blackmores? I don't like some of them as they have added herbs in them.

I have a guide to blue sway supps here https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...ents-blue.html

Those Blackmore's aren't terrible, but they do have megadoses of B Vitamins in them that can really mess up your cycle. Some people say that high dose of B6 may even sway pink (I don't think it does, but some do say that.) I prefer that blue swayers take a supplement that has about 100% of all nutrients and then 1000 IU Vit. D (about 250%) and then a total of 2000 mcg (micrograms) of folic acid or folate. So if you want to continue with these, that's fine but do add in some extra folic acid or folate, and Vit. D.

The Nature Mades are more my preference and already have the proper amount of Vit. D, which is great. But if you wish to switch, you should do so gradually...don't just drop the Blackmores and go to the Nature Made, gradually start replacing the Blackmores with the Nature Made, so like a couple days a week take the NM instead of Blackmores, then 3x a week, then 4, till down to only one Blackmores a week then drop them.

Do you have any kind of Centrum or One a Day available there?

I hate for you to have to take so many different supplements!
