No that's fine, it's what I'm here for.

You can also have cracked wheat as you like. Cereal is fortified, and oats have the "avenocasides" in them, that may help more with your blue sway - but you can still have the cracked wheat as well. I do think that could be a very fine breakfast!

Yes it's fine to eat smaller meals. The important thing is just that you always have some food coming in. You don't want your blood sugar to crash, so by eatng regular meals and snacks (even if overall they are smaller than your average) you can be sure your blood sugar stays up.

My husband BMI is 19. I read long back from your thread it should be higher side which mean around 24. In that case he should put some 15-20 kg weight (current weight 62). That's 20% of current weight. Looks like big change but we can try if you suggest.

And mine is on higher side now like 24.5. I'm thinking of reducing now, and then increase later.

Do you recommend us to do like that?

No, I don't want your husband to gain a bunch of weight unless he also lifts weights at the same time to ensure he's gaining muscle, not fat. Gaining a bunch of fat would also sway pink and I'd rather he just stayed where he was at.

I would just have you do HE Diet principles and try to hold steady where you are. Cut back on carbs and exercise at the upper limits of exercise to keep your weight steady.

Thank you very much for the all guidance.

My husband services starts at 2.30 am, and he can only eat at 7:45 am like milk, almond and millet laddu/chikki. Then 9:00 am breakfast. Is this okay?

Will this late eating affect our blue sway?

Is there any limit for eating peanuts? We are eating lots of peanuts. Morning chikki (a sweet snack made with jaggery) with milk, then also in lunch and dinner as roasted form.

Yes that's fine for him - it is YOU who really need the breakfast.

Let's keep the peanuts to once a day. Some believe that the kind of fat in peanuts may sway pink when you eat large amounts of them.

My current/proposed HE diet and schedule.

    Getting up 4:00 am

    5:30 am warm lemon water

    6:30 _ 7:00 am excercise.

7:30 am a glass of milk with millet sweet ball or puff rice with nuts.

    9:00am breakfast

Cheese paratha/potato paratha/oats/chapati with vegetables curry.

    11:30am mango/banana milk shake

    1:30pm lunch

Rice with vegetables curry and lentils/beans. Sometime whole-wheat chapati, curd and cheese would be added.

4:30 pm lemon juice/ (Sometime fruit juice).

If hungry some snacking around 5:30pm like millet podrige. (Mix of milk, little ghee and any roasted millet) or fruits/nuts.

7:30pm a glass of milk with chapati/ or left over from lunch and ending with a glass of warm milk.

Middle sometime milk sweet/roasted nuts as snacking but it's not fix due to busy schedule.

    9:00 pm bed.

Do you want me to change/improve or add anything?
