    Blue Sway Multivitamin England

    Hi,

I hoping if you could help me. I have a beautiful daughter and hoping to sway blue next time to complete our family as we don’t have age on our side. If we were younger we could not try sway techniques and just have lots of kids 😍

I’m taking Vitabiotics Perfectil Hair multivitamin. I have been for a couple of years to help with my thinning hair. These are the vitamins/minerals it contains:

    Hydrolysed Marine Collagen 200 mg
    Horsetail Powder Extract 200 mg
    Grape Seed Extract 10 mg
    L-Cystine 100 mg
    L-Methionine 200 mg
    Co-Q10 50 mg
    Citrus Bioflavonoids 15 mg
    Natural Mixed Carotenoids 2 mg
    Vitamin D 20 µg
    Vitamin E 40 mg α-TE
    Vitamin C 40 mg
    Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 8 mg
    Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 4 mg
Niacin (Vitamin B3) 18 mg NE
    Vitamin B6 10 mg
    Folic Acid 400 µg
    Vitamin B12 20 µg
    Biotin 150 µg
    Pantothenic Acid 40 mg
    Magnesium 75 mg
    Iron 14 mg
    Zinc 15 mg
    Copper 1000 µg
    Manganese 2 mg
    Selenium 165 µg
    Chromium 40 µg
    Iodine 200 µg

I’m also taking 100ug of Biotin and 20mg of gentle Iron as I get deficienciy of both.
    5mg of Folic Acid.

Please let me know if this is okay for trying to sway blue. If not which multivitamin would you recommend that I could purchase easily in England (from Boots/Holland & Barrettes)

    Lots of love 💖

I have looked at some of the other multivitamin available to purchase but it would mean I have to take additional vitamin D3, Zince and Biotin (for my hair) as they are low in these.

    Shall I take Pregcare Conception?

So you've been on these for 2 years?? Has your cycle stayed regular on them?

If your menstrual cycle has not changed over this time of taking those, you can continue with them. The problem with the higher doses of B vitamins is that for a good number of people, their menstrual cycle goes haywire when taking them. But since you've been taking them, as long as they've not affected you negatively then you can keep going with them.

I cannot stand Pregnacare Conception, I think it should be taken off the market to be honest! Stay well away from that, blue swayers!

Thank you so much for replying. I think it’s been about 3 years I’ve been taking them and they have not affected my cycle at all (always 28 days). I need to learn to track my O day hence why I’m reading a lot on here.

Which multivitamin would you recommend for us UK blue sawyers? X

Just keep taking the one you're taking if your cycles are regular on them. That's fine.

    Let's not mess with success.

ARe you trying to track O Day for swaying?? If so you may want to read this first: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...le-timing.html

Thank you Atimic for replying and for the link.

Didn’t think it mattered but after reading loads on here thought I should add I also take 1000mg of Metformin (2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening) for insulin resistance and Citerizine for allergic rhinitis. There’s no way I can cut down on the metformin.

I’m trying to not let myself go hungry since reading up about blue swaying something I used to do to keep my HBA1C at a healthy range. Now I eat 3 times day now and have snacks. But I’m still avoiding foods with white sugar instead snacking on dried apricots, 90% dark chocolate, salted crisps, nuts, bananas and apples. I have full fat diary (milk and yogurt), eggs, chickpeas, and animal protein.

So my question is can people with diabetes have baby boys?

Bet you’re thinking there’s always something that comes out after

I’ve also purchased Omega-3 supplements which I’ve started since yesterday.

    So my supplements are:

    Multivitamin
    Folic Acid 5mg + 400ug
    Vitamin D 1200 IU
    Omega-3 Fish Oil
    Vitamin B12 100ug
    Gentle Iron 20mg
    Probiotics

    Meds:
    Metformin 1000mg
    Cetrizine Hydrocholride

I’ve read up on Coq10 and decided not to buy them because they will lower my blood sugars.

Is there anything else I should take in the form of a tablet?

    Regards

Yes, you can still get a baby boy with diabetes!

Yes yes please continue the Metformin as needed. The rules are different when you need medication!

Yes I absolutely want you off white sugar. I would also strongly suggest letting go of crisps, bananas, dried fruit, and possibly even apples and dark choc. YOu do not need these things to help your sway, you can get the same benefits from vegetables which have the same nutrients without the sugars in them, and tea (which will give you very similar to the same stuff in the dark choc). Crisps and bananas are really terrible choices for you. There is nothing of benefit in them (I know they say they're good on other sites, but they are mostly empty calories!!) and they will be actively harming your diabetes with the carbs in them.
