Ok, now I start a vegetarian diet.
Eggs and cheese are allowed (in little quantity)?

I don't know when start to TTC. In my head, I was thinking to start diet when my period come back (for two month if it will be enough) , and try.
Today I'm 36 years old and I know I don't have all this time.

The fact that the season is not important is great to me, because if I could only try in the spring and summer I would have had to try just next year because I don't have my period yet.
Moreover, the fact that the DH doesn't have to stay in the diet, does open me the possibility to try by winter (if also DH had to stay in diet, Christmas time would have been strange for firends and relatives): I can say that I'm sick to justify the fact that I'm eating a little.

So... I hope my period come back ad soon ad possible and than I'll start the diet of the package (and suggested drugs)

Than I hope to get pregnant... I don't know if it will easy to me... for getting pregnant with my DS1 it take more than a year (I was 30) and for DS2 I used Conceive Plus gel and buscopan for opening falloppina tubes, I was 34 (I tried for 10 month without succes and I got pregnant just the month when I used Conceive Plus gel and buscopan both).

    Will I get pregnant without
Conceive Plus? Will I ever have my little daughter?
    I don't know... I'm just hoping.

    Thank you Atomic...

Yes when you're on the vegetarian diet you can have as much as you want, no need to count.

When you're on the LE Diet you can have eggs and cheese within the limits for calories, protein, and fat for the day.

Try not to worry too much about being 36, that is actually less of a risk than doctors used to think. We have many many people on here (myself included) who got pregnant at older ages.

People get girls using Conceive Plus. We can try without it and then add it in if it doesn' seem to be happening without using it!

    Hi Atomic,
THANK YOU so much for answering me and for being really kind and clear.

I forgot to tell you that I take Eutirox from 22 years (when I was 14 years old I had autoimmune thyroiditis, the Hashimoto one).

I take levotiroxina 125 mcg every day, and for my both pregnancies I did add 25 mcg a day (so 150 mcg a day).

My TSH is ever low, because the endocrinologist, at the beginning of my problem, told to me that a low TSH is better to me.

So, before starting this adventure (obviously I'm talking about swaying with your personalized plan), I would like to know if my thyroid will be a problem for my swaying and if will reduce the success rates. Will I still get around 75%?

    Thank you so much

Yes we haven't seen any difference in results with our thyroid patients (we have LOTS of people on thyroid meds)

PLEASE do not add in any other supps that are not approved by me (fiber and folic acid are ok for you) as most swaying supplements that are recommended on other sites are NOT SAFE for those with thyroid issues.

Thank you, Atomic, now I'm calmer.

Now I'm a dream member (so I can read and study more) and I'm in a vegetarian diet yet.

It seemed to me to see some EGWC a few days ago, so I hope my period will come back soon.

then, since you told me that the season is not important, I can wait a few months to stabilize the hormones and maybe start looking for pregnancy in winter.

    Thank you so much.

I hope my dream becomes true.
