    Hi i heard that if a woman diet is high in carbs it will sway girl .i want to confirm is it true because i eat whole wheat bread in lunch and dinner.

    Hi, mam my diet plan is this. Breakfast = whole egg+ brown bread, oatmeal, peanut butter. Snack =banana, coconut water. Nuts. Lunch =bread( whole wheat),lentils, any vegetables, curd,hummus. Snacks =any fruit, lemon water, dinner=kinda same as lunch or may be chicken again lentils bread salad =onion, cucumber, tomato, avocado. Snack =whole milk supplement =fish oil,prenatal vitamins, vitamin d ,Ashwagandha Indian herbs (to relax) DH= vitamin d,Ashwagandha, fish oil.

    Yes, if a woman eats a diet high in carbs and low in protein, it can sway pink, but your diet is not at all high in carbs. You need SOME carbs to conceive a boy - carbs + protein = boys. Your diet is beautiful and exactly the type of thing I like to see, just be sure when you snack, you have some protein whenever possible and not just some fruit as that is just carbs alone.

    I would have you drop the Ashwagandha herbs while swaying.

    Nuts, seeds, hard boiled eggs, dried meat, cheese, yogurt, or bars made of nuts and grains are all good snacks to have with a piece of fruit. So you could have a small piece of cheese or some nuts, and then some fruit.
