I don't recommend cal-mag for ladies to take but you can if you want, provided that it has no added Vitamin D to it.

I still maintain it's probably time to go to e4d now. Because just as you say, it may be you're ovulating at a different point in the cycle than you think, and the e4d will help conceive even if you've mistimed when to have one attempt.

At some point it's time to drop jump and dump - I got my girl without it!

When you do e4d do you need to use gels after each attempt or jump and dump or nothing at all. X

Today is Wednesday, so if you were doing e4d in the more popular "every 72 hour" pattern that would be Saturday. Some people like to stretch this a day to the "every 96 hour" pattern and that would be Sunday. I think you should do the "every 72" because you have been trying a while. Most people do the every 96 hour pattern when they're just starting off.

Most people in your situation would not use jellies because we are getting rid of the things that do not sway and cut odds of conception.

If you want best chance of conception I'd give it 15-30 minutes before getting up.

Hi please help, can you tell me do anti biotocs sway boy?
I have a severe infection in my eyelid which needs treating with antibiotics. I'm due to ovulate today or tomorrow I'm so sad this will probably effect my sway but I'm so unwell with the infection I have no choice x

While some have said that antibiotics sway blue, in 12 years of researching swaying I have not seen one speck of science proving this as true. Additionally, since PRObiotics sway strongly blue, it doesn't make any sense at all that antibiotics would also sway blue!

Not only that, but if you're about to ovulate they would not have time to affect you even if they did sway. Please take the medicine and feel better soon!

It's up to you - if you want to try it one more month that's fine, or you can consider adding in another attempt at first positive OPK in addition to the e4d

Also just to be sure, you did the e4d in the 72 hour pattern?
