Hello New Here Babydust Pink sway is DS3
Hello!
I’m excited to see what I can learn here. I have three sons, DS3 was a Babydust Method ‘fail’ for pink sway. He’s perfect and the most beautiful addition to our family so no regrets. Curious to see what I can learn here as I am think I bought into a flawed theory in Babydust. My sway was one attempt 3.75 days ahead of ovulation according to opk. Confirmed to be ‘perfect’ by the author. I knew nothing about diet. I’m guessing that’s where I really went wrong. Definitely not a low anything diet, no supplements just prenatal. Anyone else tried Babydust and moved on to this forum looking for success?

So happy you found us!! We have quite a few people show up here after having used Babydust - most of them did not get pregnant at all. I have some issues with them for other reasons I won't go into now but suffice to say, what they're recommending on there is preventing conception for a massive number of people and timing doesn't work anyway (more about that here https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...le-timing.html)
WE do believe one attempt sways pink and had proved that a few years before Babydust came along, but you def. need to do diet and exercise along with one attempt to get good results.
I will get your plan to you as quick as possible!

Very happy that I found you too! Only just getting started here and I already have a lot more faith in the recommendations your are making. We have never had an issue getting pregnant but I can see how BDM could make that a challenge. It was very stressful to try to hit the recommended timing for girl sway so I am relieved to see that your research has debunked timing! I am already trying to implement LE diet and desperately trying to claw back some time from three under 5 in lockdown for exercise. Before DS1 I was heavy into cardio but didn’t do the LE diet. I appreciate your help with the plan and can’t wait to see what you come up with. Don’t stress about rushing, I know what it’s like to work from home with kids about!!

Even just walking is fine for cardio - it doesn't need to be crazy intense. If you can manage it, great, if not, we do still get good results without exercise. (I got my girl without exercise.)

Well I think I’m an average day I wall about 6 km just in the house running after kids! I am really trying to at least get 30min as it makes me feel better. Good to know that you are still seeing success with lower activity though!

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
