    Alkaline water or lemon water

    Hey Atomic , i am going to sway in this month. I have started drinking lemon water throughout the day .but i also have store brought alkaline water at home .i am confused which one should i drink?

    I like the lemon water better. I do not believe eating alkaline foods is what actually sways, it's all about nutrients and the lemon water has the good stuff in the lemon.

    How much lemon water we need to drink in a day atomic? Aprox?

    Also how much lemon? One whole lemon for 1 or 2 litre ? How would you recommend?

    1 whole lemon per day in at least 24 oz. water.
