Boy sway plssss help

Can someone please guide me on what all to do for boy sway.i want to start trying next month and I'm so nervous...is it too late to sway things now. Please guide me. Will really appreciate it.

It is easier for me to answer specific questions rather than in vague terms.

What I would do is for sure start a more boy-friendly diet and exercise pattern right away

and add in some weight training but no more than 4-5 days a week, 45 minutes maximum. Do not overdo it with the exercise.

Be sure you're getting enough sleep if at all possible.

I would have you take for sure a well-rounded vitamin for both you and DH like One a Day or Centrum. Avoid any vitamins with very high doses of nutrients or any herbs in them.\

Are you guys taking any medication or herbal supplements?

I would definitely have your husband be releasing on his own or with you, with a non-spermicide form of birth control, every 2-4 days to be sure he's going to have a good amount of healthy sperm.
