Oh my meeee too!!! I think I need to regroup and relax. I'm trying to take too much control and that causes me stress so I just want to try and go with the flow for now and just really pray and leave everything in Gods hands. It's just hard when you want something so much but I truly believe he will be the only one to make it happen no matter what I do. So hopefully I can stop being a control freak! Lol

There are lots of reasons why you can get lots of false positive OPK and I can't tell from here which of them might be the reason (and it's even possible for it to have been one reason in the past, and be a different reason this month). What I do know is that even with wonky cycles people can absolutely still get pregnant, it's just a matter of continuing to try. I know it so so so much sucks for things to be so unpredictable and weird though.

Thanks.
Gosh yes its really exhausting trying to keep trying! Lol
Not knowing what is going on and feeling like it's not even worth trying. Ugh..... super frustrating.
A few people have told me to try vitex. I know you dont recommend it right?

I would not use Vitex. It would be like throwing gas on a fire. Your cycle is working itself help by balancing your hormones after your chemical. It takes a bit of time, but like Atomic said, even crazy cycles can still lead to a BFP. It could be one of two things: 1. You’re gearing up to finally ovulate, or 2. It’s picking up your secondary estrogen surge that happens after you ovulate. Hang in there!!

Well I definitely havent ovulated! And I dont even know what to think about ovulating. Seems like things are just not right . I guess I want something to help. I know vitex probably wouldn't work for me but I think.....maybe....everyone recommends it!!!
I just dont know why my opks are like this. 12:30 and 2 :30? I would think if it was a real surge it wouldn't get lighter?

No, I don't recommend vitex. It may help people under 35 who have moderate to severe PCOS and refuse to do diet and exercise, but in your circumstances it would be a very bad idea. We had very few pregnancies over 35 the first few years of the site when we were using vitex and since I dropped it, our conceptions in that group have skyrocketed.

Ok thank you. I figured you wouldn't recommend it and I feel like my body is so sensitive to stuff anyway it would probably not help.

I'm glad you asked, I know it's tough when several people say the same thing and then atomic is standing alone saying something different, but it's really caused massive problems for so many people I just think it would be a very bad idea.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
