I've just been reading your profile and I thought I'd drop you a line. I am currently in California doing an IVF/PGD cycle at HRC (Pasadena clinic), we are Australian as well (Melbourne). I had my ER on monday and the embies will be biopsed tomorrow, then transfer Saturday. So far everything has gone well, we have 12 embryos growing and are hoping for 1 healthy girl, although I think I'll just be happy with a healthy embryo after having gone through all this! We have two boys back home and we would like to have a girl to complete our family.

I'm so sorry to hear it didn't work for you the first time, it's such a big deal coming all the way over here to go back home with nothing, but I guess that's the risk we are all prepared to take. Anyway, I'm glad to hear you're trying again, and I wish you the best of luck with it all.
