  1. I originally got all my info from IG, and now their website is down! I remember a lot of it in my head, but the specifics of exactly how much potassium, sodium, sups, etc. I can't remember. I had a chemical pregnancy from my bfp last month, so I'm TTC again this month. If you go to the TTC boy forum and look under "Read this First" thread about food, etc. to eat for a boy, there is a ton of really good info on there. The idea on this site that is diff. from IG is that you eat high everything...tons of vitamins, protein, whole grain, full fat dairy whereas on IG you avoided the dairy and grains and anything with calcium. Eat protein at every meal, eat within 30 minutes of waking up, avoid artificial foods and stick to lots of veggies, fruits, meats, etc. GL to you!!!

    Hi yahmama I am new to swaying and this site I saw your sway and was wondering where did you get all the info as far as food, supplements, and everything I need for my boy sway. I'm pretty lost on this site as well as swaying. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
