I am trying to organise how I'm going to do the LE diet but can't find the actual figures of what I need to stay below in terms of fat, protein, calories etc. can anyone send me a link to this information please?

Also where do I buy calcium citrate in the uk?

Thanks atomic Ive only just realised how I see replies from posts I've written (doh!), you wouldn't think I was 29 as I hate computers!!!

I've ordered calcium citrate off the internet, do you believe this helps? I know it's more of an in-gender thing so now I'm wondering whether it's even worth it. I've dropped the cranberry supplements.
