Can a few weeks on diet shorten a cycle?
I've just been skipping breakfast for the past couple weeks and trying to eat more Le - but not too strict. And my cycle which has always been 28 days, was just 22 days this time (ovulated 3 days earlier than usual (confirmed with temp spike) and now period on cd 22. Is that from the small change in my diet? Is that ok? Hoping to start attempting for a girl in August .

Not usually, are you doing anything else (supplements or herbs or vitamins?)
Anything is possible but usually it takes more than a couple weeks to affect you that strongly.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
