3 weeks is not going to get you optimal results - we saw quite poor results with 2-4 weeks. 6 and up is ok, and then 12 or more is best.

You can take 18-30 (or up to 60) mg iron 3x a week if you think you need iron.

We've all but given up on pH testing. It just didn't seem to tell us anything of value. We saw opposites on both sides. I personally got a boy with a pH of 4.5 so it's just one of those things that most of us have let go of
