Swaying pink recently
Hi... I have got my cycle 2 days earlier coz of the little diet change and coffee.. M worried will the change in my cycle affect my opk. I am implementing the e4d method next month for my little pink bundle of joy...
Also I have started cardio after almost 2 months. My BMI is 24.. Do I have to lose lots of weight..
My BMI was over 25 (overweight) before 6 months or so.. I started strict diet and lost almost 10 kgs in 2 months (may be in june july) but now I have again put on around 5 kgs.. Will that affect my sway any way?? Pls help...

When doing e4d it doesn't matter if your cycle changes, that's one of the benefits of e4d. Just do the e4d and try not to stress too much about your cycle changing, doing e4d ensures you're always covered.
WEight loss has not been super predictive of whose sways work and whose don't. The important thing is the LE Diet limits and the amount of time you've been on diet.. So stick in the limits, and if some weight comes off, that's great. If it doesn't, as long as you're not gaining, I would still have you try as long as you've been on the diet for 12 weeks or more.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Ok then it's much better to drop a few pounds.. I ll stick to the diet and try to lose some weight again.. But my diet is going to be for 8 weeks only coz I am TTC this December, If at all I get pregnant on the first attempt by the grace of Almighty..
So 8 weeks of diet rather than 12, will that matter any way???Last edited by TA Sait; November 29th, 2018 at 04:02 AM.

And which is the best BD method for a good sway. E4D or every 2-3 days and one attempt.
Confused coz both are one attempt at the pos OPK. Which ever is good pls explain.
I wanna imply the best one for a good sway

Anything longer than 6 weeks has gotten acceptible results and for all we know you'll not conceive that first month out anyway.
I am not sure what you're asking me, so let me clarify.
e4d is having unprotected sex every 4 days.
Regular release + one attempt means your husband releases on his own, or with you, with a condom or pull out, every 2-4 days. Then you do only one unprotected attempt.
We do not know which is better but I have more faith in one attempt over e4d, simply because it's been more "proven" to me in the stats. It may be that e4d is just as good, but I like you guys to start off with one attempt.
If I knew that one was better I would have you guys do the thing that was better. I am not keeping back any information, I simply don't know what is better, and after a few mnths on one attempt, I like you to do every 4 day method in case you are miscalculating ovulation.!!! So now let me try the regular release n one attempt.. I have to BD every 2-4 days after AF (with protection) and have one unprotected attempt at pos OPK..
For example, have unprotected sex on (Monday again on wednesday or thursday), (Friday again on sunday or monday) Am I right here??Last edited by TA Sait; November 30th, 2018 at 03:37 AM.

Happy noon atomic...
Is there any other BD pattern for one attempt..?? DH is not very keen on regular release (every 2-4 days). DH has a high SD, we usually BD everyday...
Is it ok if I BD everyday after AF with protection and do the one attempt on positive opk without protection.. Will this ruin my sway?? Or is it better to do regular release (2-4 days) only.. If yes I can still convince my DH for the better one..
