I'm here with you guys every day, so when certain herbs and supplements make people's cycles go strange, I see that for myself and a doc seeing people only every few months may not see the cause and effect so clearly.
It's time to go to e4d method. Starting after your period ends, have unprotected sex every 4 days (72 hours or "Monday/Thurdsay" pattern, whatever is easier for you to understand) and continue this on until you're certain you've ovulated, even if this means going all the way till your next period begins.
When you say "at least 15-16 hours" that should be AT MOST you do. If you're fasting longer than this sometimes, please stop. 12-16 hours max.
What is your calorie and fat intake (and protein, but that is least important)
Drop fiber if you're using it.
