Oh God thanks I didn't buy those tabs. I wonder why my gyno recommend this to me. My cycle are pretty normal and I deffo don't wanna mess it.. Thank you atomic..
I am skipping breakfast, I make sure to have atleast 15-16 hours of fast everyday.. 2 large mugs of coffee, 2 meals per day, one attempt, no supps or lubes, no J&D, 60-65 mins of walking everyday. This was all I did atomic..
This cycle AF started 3-4 days earlier, this is very unusual for me..
Now I dropped walking completely, came down to one large mug of coffee everyday. Decided to go with E4D now.. Rest all I am continuing with the same..

I don't know why they recommend some of the things they do. I assume they just havent gotten the same level of experience firsthand with having people taking them. I'm here with you guys every day, so when certain herbs and supplements make people's cycles go strange, I see that for myself and a doc seeing people only every few months may not see the cause and effect so clearly.
It's time to go to e4d method. Starting after your period ends, have unprotected sex every 4 days (72 hours or "Monday/Thurdsay" pattern, whatever is easier for you to understand) and continue this on until you're certain you've ovulated, even if this means going all the way till your next period begins.
When you say "at least 15-16 hours" that should be AT MOST you do. If you're fasting longer than this sometimes, please stop. 12-16 hours max.
What is your calorie and fat intake (and protein, but that is least important)
Drop fiber if you're using it.

I definitely prefer not to take ovabless, I am not taking it atomic. Thank you.
I've started with e4d 72 hours pattern, really hope it happens this time.
Some days the time between meals go more than 16 hours, so will limit to 15 or less now... Can I include an egg daily??
I am not taking fiber.
Roughly, Calories- 1400-1600
Protein- 45-50g..
Fat- 35-40g..
Carbs- 150g (50%)..
That is it atomic.
And for hubby nothing at all now, dropped everything on 2nd month ttc (hibby don't know I am still swaying)

Let's up fat to 50-60 g.

I've increased fat intake, a cup of plain yogurt daily..
