Can I eat food that has refined floor in it??
Like refined floor chapati, cakes etc etc...

Whole wheat, multigrain or refined flour.. Anything is allowed as long as I stay in my limits

Yes. We started off thinking whole grains might be bad for pink but over time we've not found that was true. So now we allow anything you like within the limits.
The exception is people with PCOS. PCOSers (and also anyone on the PCOS-type diet for egg quality, weight loss, insulin resistance) needs to do whole grains only.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Hi atomic..
Another month of unsuccessful attempt. It's been 3 months since ttc. I would want to know if I had to bring any changes in anything I am doing. I just want to conceive ASAP (I know it's not too long but coz of some personal issues)
I would want to continue with 1 attempt.. Can I drop J&D? Or is it better to start E4D??
I do 70-75 mins of cardio daily. Can I drop it or any recommendations atomic??
3-4 cups of coffee everyday..

Good luck. I hope you conceive soon and get your girl. For what it’s worth, I got pregnant on one attempt when I dropped j&d. I laid down for at least 10 minutes and then I tried not to lose too many when I used the loo & cleaned up (like I activated my pelvic floor if that makes sense). I have to use the loo after sex (or I risk UTI) so I couldn’t lay flat all night.
The other time I got pregnant with my CP I did j&d after 5 min but my timing was perfect in terms of OPK and every other month I did j&d I ended up with bfn.
I’m sure atomic will have great advice for you!
