You don't have to drop milk totally, just keep it to just enough to lighten the coffee and not half a cup full.
Go ahead and try with the watermelon but if you have trouble losing weight then you'll need to drop it.

I ll take a very small amount of milk in my coffee 3-4 times a day....
I have included watermelon in my diet... So 2 glasses of warm water early morning (as soon as I wake up), skipping breakfast and watermelon with meals are working for me, I have already lost 2 pounds (1kg)....

Hi..
Was just going through the posts and I somewhere read about lowering sugar levels.. What does this mean??
I am not including any sweetener, sugar or nothing sweety (totally nil in my sugar intake). Is this ok or should I include anything daily?? Good to include some sweet or good the way I am going on??

If you're doing the diet as we already talked about the sugar will take care of itself. You don't need to do anything any differently.
