I'd like to see you drop the sugar in the coffee if not having it with a meal. Sugar all day long keeps your blood sugar up and counts as snacking. Black coffee or with a small amount of milk/cream

I don't think you need to wait all the way to 2:30 PM to have your first meal. You can eat sooner than that. But if that's what works best for you, it's fine as long as you can function.

I'd have you start off with the one attempt and then go to e4d after trying one attempt for a month or two.

    Everything else is looking good.

Ok then I ll drop the sugar completely and try to tolerate coffee with very little milk and zero sugar...

Skipping meals is very normal in my daily routine. I never feel hungry till 2 or even 3 as I ll be busy with my household work.. But if I need to eat early, I ll do it...
Kind of tensed that I haven't dropped a single pound even after doing the diet for more than 2 weeks. Losing weight was not so hard for me before.. Is it ok if I am not shedding weight??

Ok I ll try the one attempt at first then stick to e4d...
But for the one attempt do I need to be sure when I am Ovulating (do I need to track it with OPK) ????
I mostly know my ovulation time coz I ll have a very strong twinge for sometime. It's just that I don't wanna stress out too much about OPK...

    Thank you...!!!

You can have milk in the coffee, that's ok. Just no sugar. (and obviously not like a cup of milk or anythign like that, just the amount you need to feel happy drinking it.)

Oh ok if eating at that time is normal for you that's ok. Some people think that it's better to wait really late in the day and it's not necessary.

We have people switch over to a different type of diet if htey can't lose weight and you find that here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...rt-3-pcos.html

Yes I like people to use OPK to detect when they surge before ovulation.

Ovulation pain is not reliable and doesn't always tell you when you've ovulated. Plus, if you wait for ovultion (if we assume that is when the twinge is happening) that is too late and a lower chance of conception. If you really don't want to do opk then start off with e4d method instead.

Oh thank god atleast milk in the coffee (I was wondering about the too low calcium per day without milk) I ll stick to coffee without sugar and 50-50 milk and black coffee...

I ll just try to bring on a little changes in my diet.. I ll add an egg daily, swap white rice with 2 whole wheat or refined flour chapati... Can I drink warm water instead of normal??? (warm water helps me alot in losing stubborn weight)... Include a cup or 2 of watermelon daily, drink a glass of milk everyday or alternate days (if it is recommended).. And have my dinner a bit early... Hope this works...
Refined flour or whole wheat which is better for a sway AS???

Better I keep a OPK handy for better results... Will do the one attempt for a month or two at first, then e4d if one attempt doesn't work...
If I usually ovulate on cycle day 14, when should I do the one attempt, cycle day 11, 12, 13 or 14 itself.. please clear atomic..

    Sorry for too many questions...

It can't be 50-50 milk and coffee. That would be a large amount of milk and would have a significant amount of calories. You want the minimum amount you are happy drinking the coffee without getting like 100 calories of milk.

    Warm water is fine.

I would stay away from anything with refined flour. Whole grain is best. For reasons we don't understand white rice is better than white refined flour.

Watermelon is quite sugary, so I would be cautious if you are having trouble shifting weight.

Whole milk only since you're having trouble losing weight. I know it seems confusing but whole milk is actually better for weight loss than skim.

Since you're having trouble losing weight whole wheat only.

You may find you have your ovulation change while swaying. That's why we do the OPK. So just do the OPK and be sure you have your one attempt at the first positive.

Ohh. I think it's better for me to drop milk and enjoy black coffee only. If needed i ll add milk but make sure it's with a meal only...

Milk is not so necessary I guess but since it is recommended I ll take a glass of whole milk....

And I ll stick to whole wheat instead of refined flour... And warm water will definitely help me shed a few pounds...

Watermelon was very much suitable for me while losing weight, so wanting to add it now too.. And I am not including any sweets or desserts in my sway so maybe watermelon is better in limits...

I have already ordered OPK online.. Will track my OPK while implying attempt...

    TY
