    Girl sway help pls :)

    Hi Atomic

I don’t know if this is the right place to post. I have a few questions and can’t figure out where to post ...

I’m on the LE diet, I’m usually within the limits of fat etc most days. I’m also doing 60 mins cardio 4-5 days a week. I’m vegetarian and eat a lot of pasta. I also eat a lot of chocolate and sugary sweets. Is this ok? I know there is a theory about low blood sugar so I don’t know if I should be eating them?

Also I’ve been reading that alcohol sways, typically how should this fit into the sway is it a drink everyday for a week?

    Thanks for your help!!!

Hi and thanks for your patience, I didn't realize this was a shorty!

Most of the time you'd probably want to post here in our pink forum: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...nceive-a-girl/

As long as you don't have PCOS or more than 30 lbs to spare you can include chocolate and sweets in your sway within your limits. Just eat them with your meals not in between.

Most of us aim at a drink a day. But even like 3x a week might help.
