According to the company the Y is out of your blood so quick that it's accurate even in that case.

Just very tired
So have now convinced myself it must be a boy stupid anxiety

It's actually the opposite. A boy result is more accurate, and a vanishing twin would only affect it if it happened within a very close margin to the test. A girl result is still very accurate, but a few percentage points lower because it's possible to simply not pick up the Y chromosome and pick up solely the mom's blood mistakenly.

Same here!! I felt exactly same till 8 weeks. By 9th Week, a bit of nausea came and boobs were little bigger and sore. Now after 9th week, all the symptoms are gone again!! This time I am not worried as baby is fine and healthy and was moving on 9th week ultrasound
As for Harmony, for girls, it could be wrong. But if it says a Boy, it is 99.8% confirm
I will got for my Harmony this Saturday. Praying hard i can hear It's a Boy )
