Papp-a, beta hcg and nuchal measurement and baby gender
Hello all,
I have been reading a bit about the NT screening results correlating with gender.
Mine were:
Nuchal measurement- 1.7mm
Papp-a - 0.34 (I know this is low- I'm deemed high risk from this figure!)
Free beta hcg- 0.57
I'll find out in two weeks at my 20 week scan hopefully!
Does anyone have their NT screening results and confirmed gender?
Would be interesting. Basically hcg and Papp-a below 1 is meant to lean boy, and above is girl. Not sure about the NT measurement.
Thanks!

There is a little something to it but there are plenty of exceptions. These things are averages meaning just like with human height, by looking at height alone (say 5 ft 7) you never know if you have a guy or a gal based on that number. And even if you put weight in there as well, let's say 160 lbs, again, you just honestly cannot tell if that is a man or a woman based on those two metrics. I have definitely seen people have girls with lower numbers.
