Not sure where to find plan info
Hi! I purchased a plan but am not sure where to go from here. I believe there is a form I need to fill out but I cannot locate it anywhere. I tried logging out and back in but still can't find it. Same with the 21 day meal plan-I still can't access it. Can you point me in the right direction please? Sorry if I am missing something obvious!
