Purchased a plan and receiving no response whatsoever

ok I've messaged them and if you private message me your email (by clicking my user name) I can send you the original version for you to use in the meantime. It's less fancy than the finished version posted in your coaching forum but has all the same information.

Also, if you're using Tapatalk try accessing the plan from a different browser as Tapatalk is really bad for opening links.

I'm still not able to access my plan. I just keeps redirecting me to sign in and then gives me an error message. i am able to see the IVF stuff for dream members link that you sent but not my original plan.

Under Membership and Plans, you have to choose the Swaying Support Renewal option to renew access to your private seating forum. You ARE a Dream Member so that is why you can see the private IVF info. You have not renewed your swaying service though. Hope that helps.
